HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders can be placed online or by phone 1-866-686-5988 to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives. Normal cut off time for same day shipping on blank products is 12:00 PM local standard time, pending on stock availability and payment approval.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

• • We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products are shipped from 8 warehouse locations nationwide and may take up to 1 to 3 business days to be delivered based on stock availability. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
• • Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check the status of your order online under My Account roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

What's Your Minimum Order?

No minimum order is required to take advantage of our wholesale prices.

What's Your Payment Methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It's our top priority at FAYAPromo to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that you could only cancel an order before it is shipped. Return policy will apply to all orders that has been shipped.

Custom decorated orders cannot be cancelled once they have been client approved and placed into production.
