RETURN POLICY

Full Refund Guarantee, and that's our promise to you. You can always return the products purchased in their original condition, undecorated from FAYAPromo within 10 days of receipt for a full refund excluding shipping charges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

FAYAPromo offers a 10-day return policy. No restocking fees!

Please contact our customer service team at info@fayausa.com or call us at (866) 686-5988 to request a refund authorization.

Returns must be authorized by a FAYAPromo customer service representative.

You will receive a Return Authorization number (RAN).

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund credit to be processed.

RESTRICTIONS

Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns must be sent freight prepaid.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production.

FAYAPromo will not be responsible for any error and/or omission once the order is approved. Customers are expected to review order approval for accuracy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It is our top priority at FAYAPromo to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. The return policy will apply to all orders that have been shipped.
