Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California law gives you the right to opt out of the "Sale" or "Sharing" of your Personal Information. We use these terms as California law defines them - they cover more than a traditional sale for money, including sharing data such as your browsing activity with our advertising partners, Google and Meta, so they can show you relevant ads.

You have two ways to exercise this right, and you can use either at any time:

Use Your Privacy Choices: click Your Privacy Choices in our site footer and turn off "Advertising, Sale & Sharing" - or just click "Reject All." This is the fastest way to opt out and takes effect immediately; no form or request needed.

Email us directly:info@fayausa.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will confirm your opt-out within 15 business days, as required under California law. Use this if you would prefer a written request, or if you are an authorized agent acting on someone else's behalf.

If your browser or browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we detect and honor it automatically as a valid opt-out request - you do not need to do anything else.

Opting out does not affect your ability to create an account, place an order, or use any feature of the Service. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, please include documentation of your authorization.

This opt-out does not apply to Strictly Necessary cookies, which are required for the Service to function and are never sold or shared.
