FAYA Corporation ("us," "we," or "our") operates FAYAPromo.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you, including specific rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: when you register for an account or place an order, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and password.

Information collected automatically: when you visit or use the Service, we and our service providers and advertising partners automatically collect internet or electronic network activity information, including your IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and similar usage data. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" and "Advertising & Analytics Partners" below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide the Service - shopping cart, wish list, checkout, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Operate and improve the Service - understand how the site is used so we can improve design and performance.
  • Advertise to you - show interest-based ads and product suggestions on this site and elsewhere, where you have not opted out as described below.
  • Market and promote - send news, newsletters, and offers, including about third-party products and services, where you have agreed to receive them.
  • Comply with law and protect our rights - meet legal obligations and handle disputes or fraud prevention.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Some of the automatically collected information described above is disclosed to advertising partners - specifically Google and Meta - as described in "Advertising & Analytics Partners" below. Under the CCPA/CPRA's broad definitions, this disclosure is categorized as a Sale and/or Sharing of Personal Information, even though we do not receive money for it. You have the right to opt out. See "Your California Privacy Rights" below and the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information choices available on the Service.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories, shown in our cookie preference banner:

  • Strictly Necessary - required for cart, login session, secure checkout, and basic site operation. Always active; these do not require consent.
  • Analytics - helps us understand site usage, measure performance, and improve the shopping experience.
  • Advertising, Sale & Sharing - allows personalized ads and sale/sharing choices for advertising partners (Google, Meta).

When you first visit the Service, you will see a cookie preference banner where you can Accept All, Reject All, or customize your choices by category. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings or Privacy Choices link in the site footer. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

We do not control how these third parties use information once they receive it, except as limited by our agreements with them. Please review their respective privacy policies: Google, Meta, and Microsoft.

Optional Marketing Consent at Registration and Checkout

When you create an account or check out, you may see an optional, unchecked checkbox: "Yes, personalize my offers and ads (we share some shopping activity with Google and Meta to make that happen). Change anytime in account settings." Checking this box lets us share your email address or phone number, in hashed non-readable form, with Google and Meta so they can recognize you as an existing customer for advertising purposes. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your ability to create an account or complete a purchase. You can change this choice anytime in your account settings.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how the Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

How We Protect Your Information

When you place orders or access your account, we use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt information before it is sent to us. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; while we use commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your personal data is processed by us in the United States. You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may mean you are unable to use certain features - registering as a member, purchasing products, or initiating other transactions - that require it.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party sites we do not operate. We strongly advise reviewing the privacy policy of every site you visit; we have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what Personal Information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold/shared about you in the past 12 months.
  • Delete Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.

  • Limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information, where applicable.
  • Non-discrimination - we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, use the Cookie Settings panel described above, or contact us at info@fayausa.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests, and will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us Personal Information, please contact us; if we learn we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove it from our servers. As described in the Terms and Conditions, use of the Service is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
