d. Export. Users irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and of the United States located in California for any litigation arising out of or relating to use of, or purchases made through, FAYAPromo.com, waive any objection to venue in California courts, and agree not to claim such litigation has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

IX. Severability

These Terms are intended to be severable. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, that provision remains ineffective only to the extent of the invalidity in that jurisdiction, without affecting its validity or enforceability elsewhere, or the validity of the remaining provisions in any jurisdiction.
